 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 20 days of arrival date during the months of  May June, July Aug,

Sept, Oct,  : will incur 100% forfeit of the total booking price. The first night will be

charged at a minimum at the time of booking which is non refundable. A deposit of

50% may be required to secure your booking, and may be non refundable.

During November, December, Jan, Feb, March, April of any year, any cancellations are not permitted

and the full amount of the booking will be charged - The first night will be charged

at a minimum at the time of booking a 50% deposit may be required to secure your

booking.

Due to our very small size and the time of the stay guests will incurr 100% of the total

stay being forfitted.

We strongly recommend that all guests travelling at any time of the year

purchase travel insurance. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

We reserve the right to charge this credit card in the event of any damage to the property

or contents of the property caused by the guest or visitors of the guest. 

Late checkouts may be organised with mangement during your stay but cannot be

guaranteed past 12 pm due to other guest arrival, a fee will apply.

 Pre paid vouchers  - No cancellations, no changes permitted at any time.
